Organized by the Riverside Downtown Partnership, Fourth at Fairmount will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. July 4. It replaces the organization's Concert at the Courthouse. Those attending are asked to bring a blanket or chairs for the grass or enjoy a meal catered by Marriott Riverside in a special seating area. Reservations are required for the meal.
